What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed over encrypted, PCI-compliant connections — we never see or store your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes — email info@brellano.com within 12 hours of ordering and we'll update the address, swap the variant, or cancel it entirely before it ships.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, and codes can't be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every US order — no minimum. We also ship worldwide; international rates are calculated at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then US delivery typically takes 7–12 business days. Canada takes 8–14 and the rest of the world 10–20 business days. You'll get a tracking link the moment your order ships.
My tracking hasn't updated — should I worry?
Usually not. Carriers can take 24–48 hours to register the first scan, and occasional gaps of a few days mid-transit are normal. If nothing updates for 5 business days, email us and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, we deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses within the US.

What are the dimensions of the Weekly Meal Planner?
The pad is 8.5 × 11 inches, with 52 weekly tear-off sheets — a full year of dinner planning in one pad. A full-width magnetic strip runs across the back, and there's a built-in hang hole for non-magnetic surfaces.
Will the magnetic backing hold on all fridges?
It holds firmly on standard steel fridge doors — even ones that get opened thirty times a day. Some stainless-steel fronts aren't magnetic; for those, use the built-in hang hole on a wall, pantry door, or command hook.
What's included in the 2-Pack and Family Kit?
The 2-Pack includes two 52-week planner pads. The Family Kit includes two pads plus a magnetic fridge pen that lives right on the door.

Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 60 days of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — see Returns & Refunds for details.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement or refund you in full — usually without needing the item back.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to your original payment method; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
