Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is handled by Shopify’s PCI-compliant checkout, so your card details never reach us.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email info@brellano.com within 12 hours of ordering and we can fix the address or cancel it before it ships.
Can I use more than one discount code?
One code per order, and codes cannot be added after an order is placed.
Shipping & Delivery
How much is shipping?
US orders of $60 or more ship free. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $3.
Where do you ship?
The United States, the United Kingdom, the EU, Australia and New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After that, delivery typically takes 8–12 business days. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships.
My tracking hasn’t updated — should I worry?
Usually not. Carriers can take 24–48 hours to register the first scan, and quiet gaps mid-transit are normal. If nothing moves for 5 business days, email us and we will chase the carrier.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Yes, including APO/FPO addresses within the US.

Do the magnets actually hold?
Yes. Bring the charms near each other and they pull together with a firm snap. They separate cleanly when you lift them apart, so nothing bends or wears out.
Will it fit her wrist?
Both bracelets fasten with a lobster clasp and an extender chain, so they adjust to the wrist rather than coming in one fixed size. That is what makes the set safe to give someone whose size you do not know. If it still is not right when it lands, the 30-day guarantee covers it.
What is it made of?
Nickel-free, lead-free and hypoallergenic, so it sits fine against sensitive skin. The moon is finished in silver and the sun in gold, over a light alloy core — which is what keeps the pair light enough to wear all day.
How do I take care of it?
Take it off for swimming and showers, and wipe it with a soft dry cloth now and then. That is the whole routine.

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund — see Returns & Refunds for the details.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement or refund you in full, usually without needing the item back.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to post it.
