Welcome to Brellano. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of brellano.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products from us. The Site is operated by Brellano, based in Ontario, Canada. Throughout these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Brellano.
2. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, scrape content at scale, transmit malicious code, or use the Site in any way that could damage or impair it. 3. Products, Pricing & Availability
We do our best to display our products' colors, dimensions, and details accurately, but screens vary and minor differences may occur. All prices are listed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, run or end promotions, and discontinue products at any time. In the rare case of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel affected orders and refund you in full.
4. Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming receipt — this doesn't constitute acceptance until the order ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity, with a full refund. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers; we never store full card details.
5. Shipping
Shipping terms, timelines, and costs are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed dates.
6. Returns & 60-Day Guarantee
Every order is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee as detailed in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Discount Codes & Promotions
Discount codes apply only during their stated validity period, cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases, and cannot be combined with other codes unless we explicitly say so. We may withdraw a promotion at any time.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout — is the property of Brellano or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.
9. User Content & Reviews
If you submit a review, photo, or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our store and marketing. You confirm your content is your own, accurate, and not unlawful or misleading. We may remove content at our discretion.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, and our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in this clause deprives consumers of mandatory protections available in their country or state of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
