Every Brellano order is covered by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, subject to the return steps below.
30-Day Return Window
Contact us within 30 days of delivery if you want to return an eligible item or request another size or variant. Items should be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email info@brellano.com with your order number and what you need.
- Wait for approval and instructions. We will send the correct return address. Please do not send a return before receiving those instructions.
- Send the item back. Ordinary return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
- Refund or exchange. Once the return is received and checked, we will issue the approved refund or process the exchange.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at no return-shipping cost to you. In many cases, a return will not be required.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and checked, or after we approve a no-return resolution. Banks and card issuers can take additional time to post the credit.
Exchanges
For a size or variant exchange, tell us what you need in your email. Ordinary exchange return shipping is customer-paid. The replacement is arranged after the return is received and confirmed, unless support tells you otherwise.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items explicitly marked final sale cannot be returned. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
