How to request a refund

Email info@vayahair.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will reply within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, contact us first for a return authorization. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your request is approved, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
